The State Government of Haryana has launched the Saksham Yuva Yojana, an initiative focusing on the welfare and development of unemployed, educated youth. 1. The applicant must have passed Class 12, graduation, post-graduation, or a diploma.
2. The applicant must have been a regular student between the age of 18 to 35.
3. The applicant must not be employed or engaged in any other job or scheme.

5. The annual income of the applicant's family should be at most Rs. 3,00,000.

How to Apply for Saksham Yuva Yojna

4. Select “Free Job Seekers Registration.”

6. Within 15 days, upload documents such as mark sheets, an Aadhaar card, an employment exchange registration card, and a passport-size photograph.
7. After this, the Sakshm Yuva page will prompt a new form. Submit this form and wait for the verification process to be completed.
8. Once the verification is complete, the applicant will receive an SMS and email notification regarding their application status.
9. If the application is approved, the applicant will receive the monthly unemployment allowance and honorarium per the scheme's guidelines.
Saksham Yojana Check Status
1. Visit Saksham Yojana's official website or the Haryana Employment Department.
2. Click the “Check Status” section on the homepage and enter the required details, such as the application or registration number and the applicant's date of birth.
3. Click on “Submit” to check the application status.
4. The application status will be displayed on the screen. The applicant can see the monthly unemployment allowance and honorarium amount on approval.
5. The reason for rejection will be displayed on the screen if the application is not approved.
The status of the Saksham Yojana application can only be checked online through the official website.
Required Documents for Saksham Yuva Scheme 2023
1. Aadhaar Card: It is mandatory to provide a valid Aadhaar card for identity verification and authentication.
2. Residence Certificate: The applicant should have valid residential proof such as a domicile certificate, voter ID card, ration card, or any other government-issued identity proof that verifies their residential address.
3. Educational Qualification Certificates: The applicant must have passed at least the 10th or 12th standard or possess a diploma, graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognised institution.
