Established in September 2023, Capital Infra Trust represents a significant entry into India's infrastructure investment landscape as an Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) sponsored by Gawar Construction Limited. The trust has been established to engage in infrastructure investments under SEBI's InvIT regulations, with a primary focus on road and highway projects.
