5Paisa Capital Limited (hereinafter referred to as 5Paisa) has prescribed certain eligibility criteria and terms and conditions which are to be followed by the client, before opening trading and demat account with 5Paisa.The Client is required to go through each and every condition as mentioned below and verify if he/she is eligible to open account with 5Paisa. If all terms and conditions are acceptable to the client, he/she should tick the I agree and accept column and process further to open trading and demat account.

Product Features:

5paisa Capital Limited provides for Do It Yourself concept of Internet trading their by reducing the hassle of paperwork for on boarding client and providing paperless and seamless services to its clients. Following are some of the unique features of the product on offer by 5paisa;

The product being offered is completely on online product, where by client would be able trade online and experience the other services provided by the Trading Member and Depository Participants online through email / mobile application and online login application unless otherwise mandated under any rules and regulations by the regulatory authorities.

In case the documents submitted along with the application do not comply with the KYC guidelines of 5paisa within the broader guidelines of SEBI, the application is liable to be rejected and 5paisa will not be liable to refund the Account opening fees and any interest on the amount.

The demat account opened through e-kyc/e-sign would be by default opened as Single holder account. In case you require opening a Joint Account, please get in contact with our sales representative to understand the offline mode of Account opening.

Authorization and Acknowledgement

I/we hereby understand and acknowledge that by agreeing to enter into client-member relationship with 5paisa Capital Limited we would have access to product uniqueness and features only on the following conditions are met:

I/we understand and acknowledge that 5paisa Capital Limited would send ECN (Electronic Contract Notes) and other statements pertaining to Equity and Demat Operations and services to our email id provided by us and verified by 5paisa Capital Limited.

I/we understand and acknowledge that i/we will receive credits automatically into my/our demat account maintained with 5paisa Capital Limited

I/we authorize and instruct 5paisa Capital Limited to accept all the pledge instructions in my /our account without any other further instruction from my/our end

I/we understand and acknowledge that, I/we would like to subscribe for Account Statement (for demat) with monthly periodicity.

I/we authorize 5paisa Capital Limited to send Transaction-cum-Holding Statement electronically on my email Id provided to 5paisa.

I/we authorize 5paisa Capital Limited to share my email ID with the RTA

I/we understand and acknowledge that, I/we would like to receive dividend/interest directly to my bank account given during the account opening process through ECS.

I/we understand and acknowledge that the by subscribing to this product, I/we would not be able to avail the Transaction Using Secured Texting Facility (TRUST).

I/we understand and acknowledge that my mobile number will be provided to Depository to receive SMS alerts.

I/we understand and acknowledge that the PoA is generally taken from the clients who want to avail internet based trading services. For offering internet based trading services, a Stock Broker requires necessary authorizations for seamless trading, collection of margins as well as settlement of funds and securities and hence the said account would be operated through Power of Attorney.

I/we authorize 5paisa Capital Limited to utilize my specimen signature provided by me for the purpose of signing NACH mandate for the limited purpose of payment for purchase of mutual fund unit executed by me towards systematic investment plans (SIP). I/we authorize 5paisa Capital Limited to submit such NACH mandate to sponsor bank. By authorizing, we understand and acknowledge that 5paisa Capital Limited would not be held liable in whatsoever manner for authorized use of my signature on the NACH Mandate.

I/we understand that we will not receive Delivery Instruction Slip booklet at the time of account opening, since the account will be operated through POA and DIS booklet would be provided only on request made by me/us.

I/we understand and acknowledge that as a part of product offering, we would be receiving rights and obligation copy in soft on our provided email id at the time of account opening and same would be our preferred mode opting for the copy of rights and obligations.

I/we are further aware that the rights and obligation can be downloaded from the website of 5paisa Capital Limited for my reference.

I/we understand and acknowledge that the Trading Account Processing Charges Rs. 767

Inclusive of GST levied by 5paisa Capital Limited are non refundable. Payment of such charges does not guarantee activation of account with 5paisa Capital Limited, as the same is subject to verification of documents for correctness and completeness.

I/we understand that 5PAISA may at it absolute discretion, discontinue any of the Services completely or partially without any notice to me/us.

I/we shall advice 5PAISA immediately in the manner as agreed by me/us and acceptable to 5PAISA, in case of any change in the above details and information given by me/us.

I/we have read and understood the terms and conditions, disclaimers, privacy policy available at 5PAISA's web-site www.5paisa.com

I/we understand and acknowledge that I/we would not be able to nominate, in case I/we opt for account opening through use of Aadhar based e-signature. In such case, I/we understand that I/we will have to send the dully signed and filled nomination form separately to 5paisa Capital Limited at their registered office.

Non BSDA Terms and Conditions

Keeping in view my past and proposed transaction and holding, I would like to continue / avail normal demat account.

I have also noted that being a normal demat account (Non BSDA), normal AMC as per the companys demat tariff would be applicable. The tariff for normal demat account (NON BSDA) are already provided and agreed under tariff sheet in KYC Form and changed through intimation by the company from time to time.

I/we hereby confirm and understand that by providing this authorization we specifically waive of the right to assess my demat account as BSDA account even if applicable by eligibility.

I/we confirm and understand that my demat account would be charged and treated as normal demat account (NON BSDA) until opted otherwise by a written communication to IIFL.

Please Note:

Customer can avail Alerts Services to receive transaction details/information relating to your 5PAISA account through SMS on the mobile number registered with 5PAISA All accounts will be opened in the same combination as provided in the Account Opening Form by the Customer or may be updated as per the details updated with UIDAI (Aadhaar) or with KRA

All alerts, e-newsletter and promotional mails will be sent to the preferred mobile number and e-mail ID.

As per 5PAISA Policy we can provide only one Userid/Login id for a client opening trading account in Equity. If you are already registered in commodity and you want to open Equity account or vice versa, please note you are requested to use your existing Userid/Login Id and complete the account opening formalities.
