Phoenix Overseas IPO is set to open on 19 September 2024 and will close on 23 September 2024. The company specializes in trading and marketing animal feeds, agricultural produce, and commodities.

Incorporated in December 2002, Phoenix Overseas Limited specializes in trading and marketing animal feeds, agricultural produce, and commodities such as corn, oil cakes, spices, pulses, and soybean meal. Primarily a B2B trading company, it focuses on corn and oil cakes while also manufacturing bags and fashion accessories made from jute, cotton, canvas, and leather. 

With a manufacturing facility in Sodepur, Kolkata, the company serves clients in European countries like France, Italy, Germany, the UAE, and Australia. Phoenix Overseas' strong presence in agro-commodities trading allows flexibility in switching between exports and imports based on seasonal demand. The company has built long-term relationships with both domestic and international clients and, as of September 2024, operates with 29 employees and 3 contractual staff, including its directors.
