The IPO includes a fresh issue of  22.29 lakh shares aggregating up to ₹50.15 Cr and it also includes an offer for sale of 33.39 lakh shares aggregating up to ₹75.13 Cr. The price band is ₹214 to ₹225 per share and the lot size is 600 shares. 

The allotment is scheduled to be finalised on 09 September 2024. It will go public on BSE SME, with a tentative listing date of 11 September 2024.

Mach Conferences and Events Limited, founded in 2004, offers a wide range of tailored services for events like meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and incentives. They handle everything from managing conferences and exhibitions to planning global events, including organizing venues, accommodations, transport, local activities, and on-site coordination.

Their main clients are from banking, finance, and insurance sectors, but they also serve industries like hospitality, infrastructure, and FMCG. In the 2023-24 financial year, they managed 90 events in locations such as London, Mussoorie, Bangalore, South Korea, Paris, Goa, Srinagar, and Singapore, averaging revenue of Rs. 263.62 lakhs per event.

The company operates co-working spaces across more than 18 states and union territories, including Delhi, Maharashtra, Kolkata, Assam, Tamil Nadu, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Goa, and Rajasthan. As of 31 March 2024, they had a team of 55 employees.
