Chetana Education Limited, founded in 2017, publishes textbooks for the CBSE and State Board curriculum for the K-12 sector, as well as educational software with videos for instructors and students that can be accessed via QR codes.
The firm supports both the Maharashtra State Board and the CBSE, providing a wide choice of textbooks from early pre-primary to K-12 levels. Chetana Education has sold over 6 million books throughout all educational levels, from pre-primary to senior secondary. They work with around 400 contracted authors that contribute to content generation.
As of 2023, Chetana Education's portfolio included 700 titles over 15 distinct brands, including Master Key, Self-Study, Firefly, Bright Buddies, My Skill Book, Grade Me, and QR Series.
Furthermore, the organization has created a range of digital content focused at improving students' grasp of various courses, utilizing these resources for a more effective learning experience. They have strategically teamed with Allern Enterprises Private Limited, an edtech startup, to create over 30,000 instructive movies that can be accessed using QR codes.
By January 2024, Chetana Education will have established a strong distribution and sales network of over 500 distributors and dealers, backed up by a dedicated sales staff working from branches and marketing offices across India.
