The company has completed the acquisition of 100% shareholding in the electric motorcycles market leader Revolt Motors. Henceforth, Revolt Motors will be a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of RattanIndia Enterprises Ltd.

The losers of smallcap space were led by Rallis India Ltd. The shares of this agrochemical manufacturer fell from Rs 258.05 to Rs 223.85 registering a loss of 13.25% in the stock price. On January 19, the company announced its results for Q3FY23. The company’s top line stood flat gaining 0.3% at Rs 630.39 crore against Rs 628.08 crore from the previous year’s same quarter. Net profit declined by 43% to Rs 22.55 crore from Rs 39.55 crore.
