Dabur India, Hindustan Copper, and Jamna Auto Industries Limited have witnessed volume burst in the last 75 minutes of the trade.

As the saying goes, the first, as well as the last hour of each trading session, is the most important and active in terms of price & volume.

More so, the activity in the last hour is said to be of utmost importance because most of the pro-traders and institutions are active at this time. Hence, when a stock sees a good spike in volume in the last leg of the trade along with price rise, it is considered a pro, and institutions have a keen interest in the stock. Market participants should keep a close watch on these stocks as they can witness good momentum in the short to medium-term.

So, based on this principle, we have shortlisted three stocks that have witnessed volume burst in the last leg of the trade along with price rise.

Dabur India: The stock was up by 2.26% despite the indices remaining weak. It remained in green throughout the day and witnessed a good buying interest towards the end. The stock shot up nearly 2%, accompanied by larger volumes in the last 75 minutes. With this, the stock closed near its day’s high. It recorded rising volume for the third consecutive day and has attracted the trader’s attention. Thus, the stock is likely to be traded heavily in times to come.

Hindustan Copper: The stock soared over 6.46% on Friday. It traded firmly in green throughout the day and volumes increased hugely towards the end. Moreover, the stock formed a strong bullish candle. The last hour witnessed above-average volume, which highlights larger participation in the stock. Thus, the stock is expected to be treated with positive bias next week.

Jamna Auto: The stock gained nearly 4% on Friday. Interestingly, most of the gains came in the last hour when the stock jumped over 3%. Along with this, the stock recorded about 60% of the total volume of the day. With buying interest emerging in the end, the stock is likely to be positive in the very short term, as validated by above-average volume.
