Cholamandalam Financial Holdings, Crompton, and UCO Bank have witnessed volume burst in the last 75 minutes of the trade.

As the saying goes, the first and the last hour of each trading session is the most important and active in terms of price and volume. More so, the activity in the last hour is said to be of utmost importance because most of the pro traders and institutions are active at this time. Hence, when a stock sees a good spike in volume in the last leg of trade along with price rise it is said to be the pro and institutions have a keen interest in the stock. Cholamandalam Financial Holdings: The stock gained about 0.81% despite bad sentiment in the market. Towards the end, the stock became quite volatile as it made huge swing in both sides. As much as 90% of the total day’s volume was recorded in the final two hours of the trade. Moreover, the volume recorded today has been the highest since many weeks. This shows the institutional activity in the stock. The stock was traded heavily towards the end, and we might expect more trading activity in the stock in days to come.

Crompton: The stock traded negative the entire day. However, in the last 75 minutes, the stock recovered sharply about 4%, recording huge volume during the process. Despite the stock closing about 2% lower on Tuesday, the buying interest was seen at lower levels. Despite poor closing. the stock has the potential to scale higher in upcoming days.

UCO Bank: The stock traded negative the entire day but witnessed buying interest towards the end. Along with this, the stock recorded about 50% of the total day’s volume during his period. However, the stock closed marginally lower by 0.75%.  It is expected that the stock will be actively traded in near future. With huge buying spree seen towards the end, traders must keep an eye on this stock as it has the potential to scale higher.
