These smallcap stocks should be on your watchlist for tomorrow, December 31!

As most of the global indices remained flat, the same was reflected on the Indian markets as BSE Sensex closed at 57,794.32 levels down only 12 points. Also, the Nifty 50 index was seen hovering over 17,203.95 marks and ended up losing by only 9 points. Top gainers of the Nifty 50 index include NTPC, HCL Technologies, Dr Reddy’s Laboratory, Wipro, and Cipla. The stocks that were seen in red today were Bajaj Auto, Reliance, Tata Motors, Bajaj Finance, and Tata Steel. The Nifty IT index rose 1% to 38,658.80. Coforge, MindTree, and HCL Technologies were some of the gainers in the index.
The following small-cap stocks are likely to be in focus on Friday:
Kalpataru Power Transmission - The company said it has won large order orders in the core power T&D business worth Rs 1,560 crore. The orders are received from India, Africa, South America, and CIS from the business in power transmission. The company also received a project order from Europe. The stock price jumped by 6.5% on the BSE to a high of Rs 382 in today’s session.
Nitin Spinners - The stock price surged after the board agrees to increase its capital expenditure by Rs 950 crore for project expansion. They have increasing demand which needs to be addressed by this expansion and the company will add 1.51 lakh equivalent spindles. The textile manufacture currently has 3.32 lakh spinners. The company also plans to increase woven fabrics production by 10 million meters per annum from the present 30 million meters per annum.
52-week high stocks – On the Nifty 50 index stocks of Apollo Micro Systems, Pasupati Acrylon, Kingfa Science & Technology (India), Cybertech Systems And Software, Jindal Worldwide, and Websol Energy System made 52-high today. These stocks are likely to be in focus on Friday, December 31, 2021.
