Dr Reddy's Laboratories Ltd: The pharmaceutical company announced that it has acquired a portfolio of branded and generic injectable products from the US Based Eton Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Dr Reddy’s acquired the Eton portfolio for an upfront payment of approximately $5 million in cash, plus contingent on payments of up to $45 million. Today at 11:35 am, the scrip is trading at Rs 4373.90, an increase of 1.51%.

Adani Enterprises Ltd: The company announced that Kutch Copper Limited (KCL), a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL), is setting up a greenfield copper refinery project for the production of refined copper with 1 MTPA (million tons per annum) in two phases. For the phase1 capacity of 0.5 MTPA, KCL has achieved financial closure through a syndicated club loan for the greenfield copper refinery project at Mundra, Gujarat. NMDC Ltd: The company’s 3 million tons per annum greenfield steel plant in Chhattisgarh is likely to be commissioned by the end of September 2022 after a delay of almost 7 years.
