Markets have been quite volatile with negative bias and present a good opportunity to accumulate stocks with strong fundamentals. In this article, we would be listing top stocks with rising net and operating cash flows.
On Monday, Asian indices traded mixed affected by China’s Covid policies on growth. During the current outbreak, Beijing witnessed a record number of Covid cases leading to concerns that the capital may see a lockdown to reduce the community spread of the virus. On Sunday, it reported 99 cases which were around 61 on Saturday. Although the total is still low, the spike is one of the biggest since the beginning of the outbreak.
Nifty 50 on May 20, 2020, surged on optimistic global cues as it ended up 2.89% (457 points) at 16,266. It seems that Nifty 50 is forming a bottom, at least in the short term. However, to see some optimistic move northwards, it needs to decisively breach above 16,400 to attain its next resistance level which is placed at 16,600 to 16,650 levels.
However, it is important to know whether a recession is in the queue. In US, with no recessions during the last three bear phases, the fall was near about 21% which is already achieved in the present downfall. In this article, we would be taking a look at top stocks from the Nifty 200 universe that has rising net and operating cashflows.
