The follow-on public offering (FPO) of SAR Televenture IPO, a telecommunications infrastructure provider, opened for subscription on Monday, July 22, 2024, and is set to close on Wednesday, July 24, 2024. As of today, the status is updated only until 3:12 pm on Day 3 of the FPO. The subscription pattern shows that Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) and High Net Worth Individuals (HNI/NII) show the most interest on the final day, while retail investors are also active.
The price range for the FPO is set between ₹200 and ₹210 per equity share. SAR Televenture has allocated 20.35 lakh equity shares to 11 funds at ₹210 each amounting to ₹42.74 crore. SAR Televenture, listed on National Stock Exchange (NSE) on November 8, 2023, stated in its Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) that the initial public offering was a fresh issue of 4,500,000 equity shares worth ₹24.75 crore, with no offer for sale component.
SAR Televenture plans to raise ₹450 crore through a combination of a rights offering and the FPO, with ₹300 crore from the rights offering and ₹150 crore from the FPO.
