Low price stocks: These scrips are locked in the upper circuit on February 25

At 10.30 am on Friday, the frontline equity indices were seen regaining the lost levels on Thursday. The Sensex was trading at 56,134.47 up by 1604.56 points, or 2.94% and the Nifty was up by 522.03 points or 3.17% at 16,971.81 levels, respectively.
The top five gainers in the Nifty 50 pack are Tata Motors, Tata Steel, Adani Ports, IndusInd Bank, and Coal India. Meanwhile, the top five stocks pulling down the index are Britannia Industries, Nestle India, and Hindustan Unilever.
BSE Midcap index is trading at a level of 22,832.59 down by 3.08%. The top 3 gainers of the index were RBL Bank, Bhel, IDFC First Bank. The top three stocks dragging the index were Rajesh Exports, Nippon Life India Asset Management Ltd.
BSE Smallcap index is trading at 26,092.44 down by 3.17%. The top three gainers are Orient Bell, Emami Paper, and IFB Agro. Each of these stocks gained more than 15%. The top three stocks pulling the index down include Tata Teleservices, Urja Global, and Vesuvius India.
The sectoral indices on the BSE were all trading higher and were seen regaining almost all the lost levels since yesterday’s downfall. BSE Metal was up by almost 5%.
