Low Price Shares locked in Upper Circuit on April 27

At 10.30 am on Wednesday, the benchmark equity indices, i.e. Sensex and Nifty 50 were trading in red amid weak global cues.
U.S. stocks fell sharply on Tuesday, as investors dumped equities on fears of an economic slowdown. Similarly, domestic markets have witnessed the downfall on Wednesday. The Sensex was trading at 56,983.68, down by 0.81%, and the Nifty 50 was trading at 17,049.25, down by 0.85%.
The only gainers in the Nifty 50 pack were Reliance Industries, Hero Motocorp, HDFC Bank and Housing Development Finance Corporation. Meanwhile, the top stocks pulling down the index were Bajaj Finance, Hindalco Industries and Bajaj Finserv.
BSE Midcap index was trading at a level of 24,531.34, down by 1.10%. The top 3 gainers of the index were Endurance Technologies, Adani Power and Ruchi Soya Industries. The top three stocks dragging the index were AU Small Finance Bank, Vodafone Idea Ltd and Mindtree Ltd.
BSE Smallcap index was trading at 28,798.20, down by 1.16%. The top three gainers were Mahindra Logistics Ltd, Centrum Capital Ltd and SORIL Infra Resources. Each of these stocks gained more than 6%. The top three stocks pulling the index down were Care Ratings Ltd, KBC Global and Shiva Cements. Each of these stocks fell more than 7%
All of the sectoral indices were trading in the red, with BSE Metals, BSE Information Technology and BSE Teck being the worst performers.
