Sun TV: The Board of Directors of SUN TV Network Ltd at their meeting held on 7 March 2022, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs 5 per equity share of Rs 5 each (i.e. 100%) for the financial year 2021-22. Since then, the company is in an upward trend and has gained 6.71% in the last two trading sessions. On Monday at 10:18 am, SUN TV Network Ltd was trading at Rs 454, up by 2.05 % or 9.1 per share.
Tata Elxsi: Indian technology company Tata Elxsi has announced the team up with Japanese semiconductor manufacturer Renesas, to establish a design centre in Bangalore that will develop targeted solutions for electric vehicles. Tata Elxsi and Renesas will bring together their expertise, intellectual property, and assets to the NEVIC and collaborate to create reference designs and solution accelerators for critical EV subsystems like Battery Management Systems and Motor Control Units, among others. At 10:18 am on Wednesday, Tata Elxsi was trading at Rs 6,883.95, up 4.74% or 311.4 per share.
Ashok Leyland: Ashok Leyland, flagship of Hinduja Group and one of the country's leading commercial vehicle manufacturers, on Tuesday informed that it has opened four new dealerships in Karnataka, further strengthening its presence in the southern state. At 10:18 am on Wednesday, Ashok Leyland was trading at Rs 102, up 2.72% or 2.70 per share.
Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited: In the company fillings of March 8, 2022, Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited has informed that the company has allotted 8,00,000 (Eight Lakh) equity shares of Rs 2 each on 8 March 2022, to the grantee(s) who had exercised their options under the Company's Performance Share Plan-1. With this allotment, the paid-up capital of the company has increased to Rs 125,79,26,474 divided into 62,89,63,237 equity shares of the face value of Rs 2 each.
At 10:18 am on Wednesday, Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited was trading at Rs 384, down by 0.52% or 2 per share.
Atul Ltd: Atul Ltd, one of the leading producers of Sulphur Black, has recently completed the expansion of its Sulphur Black manufacturing facility - the production capacity will increase from 9,800 tons per annum to 26,000 tons per annum. At 10:18 am on Wednesday, Atul Ltd was trading at Rs 8,901, down 2.27% or 206.7 per share.
