Enviro Infra Engineers IPO is set to open on 22 November 2024 and will close on 26 November 2024. Enviro Infra Engineers specialises in designing, constructing, operating, and maintaining WWTPs and WSSPs for government agencies.
The IPO is a combination of fresh issue of 3.87 Cr shares aggregating to ₹572.46 Cr and offer for sale of 0.53 Cr aggregating to ₹77.97 Cr. The price band is set at ₹140 to ₹148 per share and the lot size is 101 shares.
The allotment is scheduled to be finalised on 27 November 2024. It will go public on BSE NSE, with a tentative listing date of 29 November 2024.

Its WWTP portfolio includes Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs), Sewerage Schemes (SS), and Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETPs), while its WSSP expertise extends to Water Treatment Plants (WTPs), pumping stations, and pipeline networks. By June 2024, the company completed 28 projects, including 22 with a capacity of 10 MLD or more, showcasing its robust capabilities in executing EPC and HAM projects.
