Through a variety of products, the company delivers cost-effective solutions for measuring, controlling, recording, analyzing, and optimizing energy and processes.

Objective

The company intends to utilize the net proceeds from the issue towards the funding of the following objects: Financing the cost towards the expansion of Nashik Manufacturing Facility I General corporate purposes.
