About the Company

Aeroflex Industries Limited designs and produces environmentally friendly metallic flexible solutions for fluid transportation for both international and domestic markets. As of January 31, 2023, their product portfolio contains more than 1,700 unique Stock Keeping Units (SKUs).

Objective

The company intends to utilize the net proceeds from the issue to: • Complete or partial settlement, as well as advance payment of specific existing secured loans (including any foreclosure fees, if applicable) obtained by the company • Fund working capital requirements • Fund general corporate purposes and inorganic acquisitions
