The business buys the property or rents the property in order to sub-rent or sub-lease the same to one or more clients on a per-seat basis for their workspace requirements, with or without equipping the same as per their demands. The company also makes investments in fit-outs to adapt the property to the business model and renovate and modernize the properties in accordance with working needs, including furniture, workstations, open work areas, cabins, meeting rooms, conference rooms, and other facilities.
The company intends to utilize the net proceeds from the issue towards the funding of the following objects: To make the payment of Rental Deposits of new co-working centers. To carry out the Capital Expenditure for fit-outs of new co-working centers. General Corporate Purpose.
