Updater Services Limited, a 1990 incorporation, provides business support services ("BSS") and facility management services. The firm provides a range of business services in the business-to-business ("B2B") market, which can be broadly divided into the two following segments: Segments 1 and 2 are IFM & Other Services and BSS, respectively. Production support services, soft services, engineering services, restroom and feminine hygiene, warehouse management, general staffing, and more are included in the FM & Other Services segment.
The company intends to utilize the net proceeds from the issue towards the funding of the following objects: Repayment and /or prepayment of certain borrowings availed by the Company. 2. Funding the working capital requirements. 3. Pursuing inorganic initiatives. 4. General corporate purposes.
