Capital Infra Trust Invit IPO is set to open on 7 January 2025 and will close on 9 January 2025. Capital Infra Trust Invit focuses on infrastructure investments under SEBI InvIT norms.

The IPO consists of a combination of fresh issue of 10.77 Cr shares aggregating to ₹1,077.00 Cr and an offer for sale of 5.01 Cr shares aggregating to ₹501.00 Cr. The price band is set at ₹99 to ₹100 per share and the lot size is 150 shares. 

The allotment is scheduled to be finalised on 10 January 2025. It will go public on BSE NSE, with a tentative listing date of 14 January 2025.

SBI Capital Markets Ltd and HDFC Bank Ltd are the book running lead managers, while Kfin Technologies Ltd is the registrar.

Capital Infra Trust, established by Gawar Construction, focuses on infrastructure investments under SEBI InvIT norms. Specializing in road and highway projects across 19 Indian states, it manages 26 HAM projects with NHAI. The Trust secured a ‘Provisional CRISIL AAA/Stable’ rating for its NCDs and proposed bank loans in November 2024.
