1. Dixon Technologies (India)

The company’s subsidiary, Dixon Electro Manufacturing Private Limited, has signed a MoU with Cellecor Gadgets Limited. The partnership will involve manufacturing refrigerators and related components for Cellecor. This collaboration is expected to expand Dixon Electro Manufacturing’s presence in the refrigerator market.

2. NHPC

NHPC provided an update on the Subansiri Lower Hydroelectric Project and Teesta-V Power Station. The company anticipates that three units of 250 MW each from the Subansiri project will be operational by May 2025. The remaining five units, each with a 250 MW capacity, are projected to be completed in phases by May 2026.

3. IndusInd Bank

According to news reports, IndusInd Bank plans to sell ₹1,573 crore worth of non-performing microfinance retail loans. The move comes amid rising stress in the microfinance sector. The bank intends to auction these distressed assets through a public bidding process, allowing interested parties to acquire the loans.

4. Jubilant FoodWorks

Jubilant FoodWorks has signed an MoU with Coca-Cola India Private Limited to purchase a range of sparkling beverage products and other offerings from Coca-Cola’s authorized bottlers. The agreement also includes provisions for conducting marketing activities related to these products, which will be carried out in the ordinary course of business, as outlined in the MoU.

5. Gujarat Fluorochem

Gujarat Fluorochem’s Board has approved the sale of its 57 MW captive power plant to IGREL Mahidad Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary, for ₹200 crore. Additionally, it has authorized equity investments of ₹40 crore in IGREL Mahidad. The company will also invest in Flurry Wind Energy Pvt Ltd.
