Property Share Investment Trust REIT IPO is set to open on 2 December 2024 and will close on 4 December 2024. Property Share Investment Trust REIT is a SEBI-registered small and medium real estate investment trust (REIT).

The IPO is entirely an offer for sale of Cr shares aggregating ₹352.91 Cr. The price range is set between ₹10 lakh to ₹10.5 lakh per unit and the lot size is 1 share. 

The allotment is scheduled to be finalised on 5 December 2024. It will go public on NSE SME, with a tentative listing date of 9 December 2024.

ICICI Securities Ltd is the book running lead manager while Kfin Technologies Ltd is the registrar.

Incorporated in June 2024, Property Share Investment Trust is a SEBI-registered small and medium real estate investment trust (REIT). The Trust launched its first scheme, PropShare Platina, which includes six wholly owned special purpose vehicles (SPVs) structured in compliance with REIT Regulations. This initiative underscores the Trust’s focus on providing investors with access to lucrative real estate opportunities within a regulated framework.

The Trustee of Property Share Investment Trust is Axis Trustee Services Limited, a prominent entity offering a wide range of fiduciary and trustee services in the domestic market. Its services include acting as a debenture trustee, security trustee, facility agent, and escrow agent, as well as providing custody services, trust and retention accounts, securitization trustee roles, and share monitoring. Axis also serves as a trustee for REITs, InvITs, AIFs, family trusts, and digital escrow services, showcasing its expertise in managing diverse financial and investment structures.
