NLC India plans for 2 thermal power plants in Odisha

With GRIDCO, an Odisha state power organization, the company signed a power-purchase agreement for the purchase of 400 megawatts of power that will be produced by the projected thermal power facilities in Jharsuguda and Sambalpur.

On Tuesday, Power PSU REC Ltd and state lender Punjab National Bank signed a co-financing agreement for projects in the fields of logistics, infrastructure, and power.

Together, the two organizations would finance loans totaling Rs. 55,000 crore. In the presence of other senior representatives from the two businesses, TSC Bosh, Executive Director (Infra & Logistics), REC, and PNB Chief General Manager Rajeeva signed the memorandum of agreement.

Godrej Properties has purchased a 109-acre plot of land in Nagpur, India. On the property, which is close to the MIHAN Special Economic Zone and the Samruddhi Mahamarg highway, the company wants to create largely planned residential units.
