● Thermax Limited subsidiary, First Energy Private Limited (FEPL), has commissioned a 45.80 MW wind-solar hybrid captive power plant in Gujarat, India. The plant has more than 50,000 solar modules and 9 wind turbine generator (WTG) units, with each WTG having a generation capacity of 2.7 MW.
● Fortis Healthcare Limited announced the signing of definitive agreements for the sale of its hospital business operations at Vadapalani, Chennai to Sri Kauvery Medical Care (India) Limited for a sale consideration of Rs. 152 Crore. ● The transaction will be an all-cash deal and is estimated to be consummated by the end of July 2023, subject to certain conditions as stipulated in the definitive agreements.
