About the Company

Jiwanram Sheoduttrai Industries Limited, founded in 1997, manufactures and sells Industrial Safety Gloves and Garments. The company manufactures and exports industrial garments and gloves, as well as head-to-toe safety clothing, workwear, and other items. It has manufacturing plants in Baruipur, Nandankanan, and the Falta SEZ in West Bengal.

Objective

The company intends to utilize the net proceeds from the issue towards the funding of the following objects: To meet the working capital requirements. Prepayment and repayment of all or a portion of certain unsecured loans availed by the company. General Corporate Purpose and to meet the offer expenses.
