The company has over 75 stores across the state of Andhra Pradesh. Out of the 75 stores, 2 stores are owned properties and 73 stores are on leased properties.
The IPO comprises of a total issue 5,034,000 shares (aggregating up to ₹50.34 Cr)
The company intends to utilize the proceeds from the net issue for the following objects: 1. Repayment of certain borrowings; 2. Repairs and Renovation of existing retail outlets & setting of new retail outlets; 3. To meet the Working Capital requirements; 4. General Corporate Expenses; and 5. Issue Expenses
