Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Engineer with proven experience in application and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities in .NET and SQL, be proficient in writing complex SQL queries, and possess a deep understanding of stored procedures, including writing and debugging them. This role requires availability for weekend support as per business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute, optimize and manage end-to-end Google AdWords, Soci
  • Provide application and production support to ensure the smooth operation of critical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to .NET applications and SQL databases.
  • Analyse, write, and debug complex SQL queries and stored procedures to support various business operations.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact the business.
  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accurate, including knowledge base articles for recurring issues.
  • Participate in on-call rotation, providing support during weekends and after-hours as required by the business.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on issue resolution and system status.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum graduation

Requirement:

  • Experience in working with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience in .NET and SQL.
  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and working with stored procedures (writing, debugging, optimization).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Availability to provide weekend support as per business needs.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
