Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels to achieve our business objectives
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute, optimize and manage end-to-end Google AdWords, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Video and Affiliates, Campaigns for lead generation including keyword selection, ad copy creation, budget allocation to maximize conversions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue across various digital channels.
- Responsible for end-to-end campaign management, Lead to Acquisition to Customer Experience to Cross Sell to Retention.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, including keyword analysis and audience research, to identify target audience segments and optimize advertising strategies accordingly.
- Implement effective tracking mechanisms, such as conversion tracking and ROI using analytics tools, to measure campaign performance and gather insightful data for continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to maximize individual and team performance.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights on campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the internal stakeholders including product and design teams to develop landing pages and assets aligned with campaign strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in digital marketing, and incorporate relevant innovations into marketing strategies.
- Generate comprehensive reports and present actionable insights to the marketing team and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on digital advertising channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing strategies that deliver measurable results and achieve business goals.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and campaign management best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
